At present, high purity nitrogen has been used as carrier gas and protective gas in the production process of color TV picture tube, large-scale integrated circuit, liquid crystal and semiconductor silicon wafer. 4.Protection gas and safe gas: blowing and exhaust in the furnace, and sealing the air curtain of the furnace door; when the gas is stopped and power is off, the nitrogen produced by the nitrogen generator can be sent into the furnace to prevent the gas explosion.
