Specialized nitrogen generator for cable industry

Using polyethylene insulation material with added peroxide crosslinking agent, the conductor shielding layer, insulation layer, and insulation shielding layer are extruded through three-layer co extrusion, and then continuously and uniformly cross-linked through a sealed cross-linking tube filled with high temperature and high pressure nitrogen gas. The heat transfer medium is ammonia gas (inert gas), and cross-linked polyethylene has excellent electrical properties and a production range of up to 500KV.
