In nitrogen cutting, the material is completely melted by laser energy, and the nitrogen blows out the cut seam and avoids inappropriate chemical reactions. The temperature of the melting point area is relatively low, coupled with the cooling and protection effect of nitrogen, the reaction is stable and uniform, cutting quality, high, fine and smooth section, surface, surface roughness is low, and no oxide layer. Composition of the special laser cutting nitrogen generator system: the air compressor provides the gas source for the nitrogen generator. The Nitrogen is separated from the compressed air and concentrated in a low pressure nitrogen tank, which is then passed from the low pressure nitrogen tank through the high pressure nitrogen booster unit.
High pressure gas for auxiliary cutting: Nitrogen as a high pressure gas can remove oxygen from the cutting area, and assist in laser cutting. This can improve the cutting quality, eliminate oxidation, prevent, and stop discoloration, thus improving the adhesion and welding strength of paint pigments.
Optical path cleaning: Nitrogen is used as an optical path cleaning to remove any particles from the nozzle to the cutting area from the laser beam path. This prevents any laser distortion and helps to maintain more precise cuts.
Optical head cleaning: Use nitrogen to purge the optical head of the fiber laser. The cleaning of the head ensures that the optical system is free of particles and moisture, protects the laser, and extends the service life of the device.
