WORKING PRINCIPLE

Mainly utilizing the characteristic of combustion catalysts reacting with oxygen at high temperatures to remove impurity oxygen from nitrogen gas, the chemical equation is as follows:

2C+20₂=2CO₁

The common nitrogen first enters the heat exchanger for preheating and then enters the combustion tower for heating up to around 350 ℃. The oxygen in the common nitrogen reacts with the carbon combustion agent in the catalyst to remove the oxygen in the common nitrogen. The combustion agent in the combustion tower is consumable and generally needs to be replaced every 180 days. During the replacement, the system prompts to switch to another tower to continue working.

The high-temperature nitrogen gas passing through the combustion tower enters the heat exchanger through the pipeline to preheat the raw nitrogen gas. This can fully utilize the heat of the high-temperature nitrogen gas to preheat the low-temperature nitrogen gas at the inlet, while reducing the inlet temperature of the rear cooler, thereby reducing the power consumption of the fan and lowering operating costs.

After cooling, the nitrogen gas enters the drying tower of the combined dryer and utilizes the strong adsorption of 13X to further dry the gas and remove some carbon dioxide. Finally, it passes through a dust filter to remove trace amounts of dust from the gas. The high-purity nitrogen outlet is regulated to the set pressure by a pressure regulating valve, and then adjusted to the set flow rate through a throttle valve before outputting. At the same time, the purity and flow rate of nitrogen are detected by a nitrogen analyzer and flow meter.
