APPLICATIONS

Nitrogen is mainly used in the heat treatment process for bright quenching, bright annealing, bright tempering, continuous casting, rolling, steel strip, aluminum strip, aluminum thin rolling and other processes to protect heating and prevent oxidation and decarburization of products. The application of nitrogen generators in heat treatment processing includes the following aspects:

Vacuum heat treatment: when the nitrogen is used as a cooling medium for nitrogen-charging pressurized oil quenching, adjust the nitrogen pressure of the nitrogen generator, improve the hardening of the steel parts, and protect the electric heating components of the vacuum furnace. Electronic industry semiconductor and integrated circuit manufacturing process of atmosphere protection, cleaning, chemical recycling, etc.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

When the adsorption was not in balance, oxygen was absorbed by carbon molecular sieve in large quantity, and nitrogen was concentrated and enriched in the gas phase to achieve separation of oxygen and nitrogen.
