APPLICATIONS

Pharmaceutical nitrogen equipment (nitrogen purity 99.99%) is a pharmaceutical nitrogen generator developed based on the experience of professional research and development of pressure swing adsorption nitrogen generators in recent years, in accordance with GMP standards. Compared with steel cylinder nitrogen (or liquid nitrogen), it has low operating costs, stable nitrogen purity, and easy operation.

Water needles (such as penicillin) and large infusion solutions (such as amino acids) that are usually prone to oxidation need to be filled with nitrogen for protection, otherwise the medicine solution is easily oxidized during storage, causing deterioration. Usually, before packaging, a nitrogen filling method is used (or single nitrogen flushing) to reduce the oxygen concentration in ampoules or infusion bottles to below 0.5%, allowing the medicine to be stored for a long time. At present, the equipment purchased by general manufacturers is about 5-20m3/h, with a purity of 99.99%. The difference between the medicinal nitrogen generator and other nitrogen equipment is that according to the international standard GMP in the pharmaceutical industry, the parts in contact with drugs or liquid medicines are made of stainless steel and require sterilization. The equipment needs to be made of stainless steel and a sterilization filter device should be installed at the nitrogen outlet of the equipment. Also, because pharmaceutical factories have high overall requirements for equipment, they usually choose high-end configurations.

In raw material manufacturing plants, nitrogen gas is also required for atmosphere protection, and the process of using nitrogen gas is more similar to that of fine chemical plants. The usual purity is 99% -99.9%, but the amount used varies depending on the size of the factory, but it is much larger compared to the amount used in pharmaceutical nitrogen generators.

WORKING PRINCIPLE
